Waiting
A time of waiting, thinking, and asking what she truly wants from life.

There was a time in my life when I felt like I was standing still.
I was waiting for answers about the future. Waiting for the day everything would become clear. And waiting for the day the dream of a life together, the one I had believed in, would come true.
Waiting is not easy. Because while I was waiting, time kept moving, and my life still had to go on too.
I began to ask myself: if one day the thing I was waiting for never happened, what would I have left that was my own?
So I started thinking more about work, about money, and about my own future.
I didn't want my life to be stuck in waiting anymore. I wanted to go back to work. I wanted to have an income. I wanted to learn new things. And I wanted to feel confident in myself again.
Standing on my own again does not mean that I don't love anyone. And it does not mean that I have given up hope in love.
It means that I have started to understand that no matter what happens in the relationship, my life still has to go on.
I still have hope. But this time, I want myself to be in that future too.
